ILARDUYA | Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I)

For many years, in ILARDUYA we have been developing foundry products and assessing smelters on how to use them.

To give response to our clients, we have the most advanced technology provided by the German Hüttenes Albertus group, world leader in foundry products.

Furthermore, and in line with our clear commitment to research and innovation, we have our own R&D&I Department with its own facilities and staff frequently collaborating with Universities and Technological Centres in the frame of ambitious projects aiming at product improvement and new applications search.

Accordingly, products coming from highly-advanced technologies such as cold box resins - based on ecological solvents and requiring lower amine consumption - or low sulphur furanic systems for the No-bake process with lower formaldehyde emission have been developed.

In ILARDUYA we keep on working so as to find the most innovative solutions for smelters.
